Syncs the canonical package from sunlover7/agentlinkops main (release PR #124). 16 files; the only new one is shared/exec-grammar.js. Workflows are untouched. Local public-checkout tests: 537 (536 pass, 1 Linux-only skip). See CHANGELOG 0.6.9.
