Add Reset CMOS Instructions for Meerkat 10

Previous documentation iterations for the Meerkat, usually include instructions for resetting the CMOS. See the below:

• Meerkat 9 CMOS Reset
• Meerkat 8 CMOS Reset

For Meerkat 10, there is a brief mention of resetting the CMOS but these instructions are not as precise:

If you’re resetting the CMOS, hold down the motherboard’s power button for a few seconds to discharge any residual energy.

On the Meerkat 10, the process of resetting the CMOS is the same as Meerkat 9. It does not require taking out the motherboard. It would be nice to add a similar section for the Meerkat 10.
