The one-off protected Router diagnostic has completed. Remove its privileged workflow and helper script so the official protected live-evidence gate remains the sole release proof path. The diagnostic found HTTP 401 invalid_key for the existing release-live credential; publication remains held until a valid funded credential completes the official gate. Validation: full local pnpm check running on GTR; removed files have no remaining references and git diff --check passed. Rollback: revert this deletion if more diagnostic instrumentation is required.
