Move the accumulated Unreleased changes to the 1.7.3 section, bump the dependency examples, and update tarantool-spring-data-40 to Spring Boot 4.0.9 with spring-data-keyvalue pinned to 4.0.8. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
