This pull request adds a user menu and profile settings section to the admin panel. Users can now access their profile information, including their name, email, and role, and can manage their account preferences from the new user menu in the bottom left corner of the admin panel. The main files affected are docusaurus/docs/cms/features/admin-panel.md.
