Adds a live-capable MapEnvironment session, graceful owned-process cleanup, a real ROSOrin mapping template, and package documentation. The deployment editor integration and Runtime control ship in coordinated repositories.\n\nVerification: 97 package tests passed; all package templates validated.\n\nManaged Runtime release: required. The operator uses Runtime → Update, so this package merge will be followed by blacknode-runtime 0.4.13 and a managed-device source-lock update.
