Updates the sdk-core submodule from
f49305f1toff30d403, Core's currentmain. Done withpoe update-core, which imported Core's changelog entries as fragments and bumpedlruto 0.19 inCargo.lock. Core's range adds an optionalworkflow_taskfield to the activityStarttask (temporalio/sdk-rust#1703), so theactivity_taskbridge protos are regenerated.Why?
Brings in temporalio/sdk-rust#1736, which keeps the
exttables in client config profiles for envconfig extensions. #2079 builds on it.Checklist
