T13 activates on Moderato testnet on October 29, 2026 at 15:00 UTC (
1793286000). Merge after activation. The docs still described it as scheduled, withtempo/v1.17.0"coming soon" even though it was released on October 26.tempo/v1.17.0row links the release, dated Oct 26, 2026. The T13 section shows testnet as active.Validation:
