LGTM. This is a routine automated skill sync with a patch version bump.

What was reviewed:

  • The docs version is 0.1.6 everywhere: manifest.config.ts, the Claude, Codex and Cursor manifests, plugin.json, registry server.json, and all six golden fixtures. No 0.1.5 references are left.
  • The vendored SKILL.md change is one paragraph linking the payment-links and refunds guides on tempo.xyz.
  • skills.lock.json now has a new upstream commit and digest. The external skill-sync action computes the digest, which is not a plain file sha256 (the old digest wasn't one either), so I could only check that it is consistent with the sync pattern, not recompute it.
Extended reasoning...

The change bumps the docs plugin version from 0.1.5 to 0.1.6 in its source config, the generated manifests and the golden fixtures. It also vendors one new documentation paragraph into SKILL.md and updates the lock entry for that skill. It touches no security-sensitive code: there are no executable changes, and the new links all point to tempo.xyz docs pages. The repo has no CODEOWNERS file, and the PR timeline shows no review objections. The diff is mechanical, matches what the sync-skills workflow produces, and every version reference is consistent.
