Add validated flashcard content models

• update AgentGuidelines from 0.0.29 to 0.0.32 and adopt the runtime observability contract
• add validated FlashcardContent values for text and opaque host-owned asset references
• add stable, Codable Flashcard prompt-and-answer values
• replace the placeholder namespace test with model, validation, protocol, and Codable coverage

Observability

The new types are pure values. They intentionally emit no runtime logs because validation is synchronously returned to the caller and there is no lifecycle or operational transition to diagnose.
