Study + condition columns in the catalog schema

Adds the columns the engine now emits (https://github.com/theislab/spatialdata-db/pull/229), so they survive the column whitelist:

• Datasets: sample_title, timepoint, timepoint_kind, treatment, genotype, condition (string); timepoint_days (Float64).
• Collections:
  • string: overall_design, pubmed_id, source_url, parent, source;
  • contrast_axes: JSON string {axis: {value: count}};
  • year: Int64;
  • list[string]: assays, modalities, organisms, tissues, diseases, timepoint_kinds, condition_values.

All are optional, and older parquet files still load (tested). Docs: docs/reference/catalog-columns.md.
