Prepare one stable v1.0.10 release from the integrated master, including speech input, archived-session pagination, responsive sidebars, expert sampling, desktop pet improvements, runtime migration compatibility and macOS pointer feedback. Bump CMake/vcpkg versions and add customer-facing release notes.

The existing master CI failure is an R15 inventory false positive: recent_user_sessions passes score and before only to synchronous select_entries, which never stores either callback. Register these two exact file/scope/call occurrences with a maximum of one each; the ownership baseline and global checks remain unchanged.

Validation:

• pnpm test and pnpm build passed, including 4,542 regex compatibility checks.
• Strict layer, documentation-path, include, file-size, map and corrected ownership checks passed.
• All 102 refactor-tool self-tests and 2 expert-manager sampling tests passed. Seed revision increases from 2026-10-15.1 to 2026-10-16.1 and all managed Skill fingerprints match.
• PR CI layer-lint, Web and macOS installer jobs passed. The Linux C++ full regression job continues in CI; no local native build success is claimed. The integrated native/seed changes retain their prior Windows validation recorded in Integrate pending agent, runtime, desktop pet, and macOS fixes #140 and Add speech recognition, archive improvements and release skill updates #143.

Release scope fixed at 2026-10-19 01:35:15 Asia/Taipei (previous 48 hours). Both local worktrees were inspected: the canonical checkout is clean; the detached 9273 checkout is clean with no activity since August and remains untouched. The prior ios-simulator-hardening commit 760f1ec and release integration d28a1ea are already ancestors of master. Recent completed PRs #140–#144 are included; no pending local source changes or unpushed source commits were found. Retained historical refs/worktrees remain untouched.

The user explicitly limited this run to GitHub publication and deferred aupdate mirroring. The stable tag will be created only after this version commit is merged to master.
