This pull request introduces the new SpaceTech Challenge form and its associated email notification flow, along with supporting documentation, migration, integration test, and a publishing script. The changes enable a new form for external submissions and set up an internal notification mechanism, initially seeded in a disabled state with environment-driven settings.

SpaceTech Challenge form and notification flow:

• Added a new form definition for SpaceTech Challenge submissions in examples/space-tech-challenge.json, including required fields for name, company, email, and challenge description.
• Added a migration (20261102010000_space_tech_challenge_email) to seed a disabled ProcessorFlow (space-tech-challenge-email) that will email all submissions to a configurable recipient list, with reply-to set to the submitter's email. Activation depends on environment variables and redeployment. [1] [2]

Supporting automation and validation:

• Added a script (scripts/publish-space-tech-challenge.ts) to idempotently publish the SpaceTech Challenge form definition to the Forms API, ensuring correct registration, versioning, and publication.
• Extended integration tests to verify that the notification flow for the SpaceTech Challenge is seeded correctly, disabled by default, and uses processor-supplied settings.
