PM-6285 is already implemented on
dev: review waitlist labels and the corrected track colors were merged in PR #2255, and subsequent QA copy fixes are present. This new PR records the requested end-to-end verification of the Opportunities and Review API contract indocs/PM-6285-waitlist-verification.md.Confirmed that approved applications consume capacity, full active opportunities accept pending waitlist applications, caller-specific status appears in Browse/My Work/details, approval/rejection remain distinct, and lifecycle/role/privacy/duplicate guards remain enforced. No additional runtime change was required.
Validation: 57 frontend tests and 31 Review API tests pass; 18 Chromium checks of the actual compiled Sass verify status/track badge colors at 1440px and 390px.
nvm use(22.13.0),yarn lint, andNODE_OPTIONS=--max-old-space-size=16384 yarn run buildpass. The browser test uses a reduced fixture rather than a live authenticated environment.
