Marathon Match contestants currently cannot reach other entrants' scorer artifacts after completion. This adds artifact actions to Review and Opportunities submission tables and history, using the shared download dialog. Owners keep access to their own regular artifacts while active; only
COMPLETEDreleases their own internal and other contestants' regular/internal artifacts. Final scores, closed Review phases, and cancelled challenges do not unlock files.Review's client-side submitter filter also now releases other contestants' attempts after MM completion and refreshes history when completion changes. The dialog filters cached internal entries when permission changes. Review API remains authoritative on both listing and direct downloads; deploy with topcoder-platform/review-api-v6#345.
Validation: 136 focused tests pass across both apps' tables, history, artifact dialog, access control, and Review submission filtering.
nvm use(22.13.0),yarn lint, andNODE_OPTIONS=--max-old-space-size=16384 yarn run buildpass. Both app READMEs describe the access policy. No live authenticated integration test was available.
