⚡ Bolt: Optimize candidate discovery array allocations - #102

In `src/tools/discover.ts`, `buildCandidate` used `.map()` and `.slice()` to extract close prices and volumes. When scanning hundreds of tickers, this caused significant allocation overhead and garbage collection.
