swiftpro_write_node reports fake position

When the arm receives a command to move to a new position, the node immediately publishes this new position as the arm state, which is false, because the arm has yet to move into that new position, and might never actually do.

looks like its this function here that actually updates the position way too early (before even sending the position to the arm and getting the result back). The file itself never reads the position from the arm (which it can do) so it's never actually going to be reporting the real position of the arm.
