chore: apply BRAND.md copy and remove duplicated brand guidelines - #267
Conversation
BRAND.md in usememos/.github is now the single source of truth for brand copy. Delete docs/brand-guidelines.md, point references to BRAND.md, and update the tagline, descriptions, docs introduction, llms.txt summary and the homepage social image to the approved copy.

Before:
docs/brand-guidelines.mdcalled itself the single source of truth for brand copy, and the site used its copy: tagline "Catch a thought. Keep it yours." and description "Write short memos without titles or folders. Find them later by search, tag, or date."After: BRAND.md in usememos/.github is the only brand definition. The duplicated guide is deleted, and the site uses BRAND.md's copy verbatim:
How:
src/shared/lib/branding.tsholds the four BRAND.md strings (BRAND_TAGLINE,BRAND_DESCRIPTION= One-liner, newBRAND_SHORT, newBRAND_STANDARD).docs/brand-guidelines.mddeleted; AGENTS.md, README.md, DESIGN_SYSTEM.md and code comments now point to BRAND.md.pnpm lintandpnpm testpass (290 tests). Checked the hero at 1440px and 390px and the social image locally.Generated by Claude Code
