[rhoso-gitops] document singleArgoCD mode in configuration page

Note: We'll stick to the default behavior of the framework (multiple ArgoCD instances), but having this documentation enable users switching to the singleArgoCD: true without much surprises.

Hi @cjeanner. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a validatedpatterns member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work.

I recommend you move to singleArgoCD: true, we are certainly moving in that direction but due to backwards compatibility we cannot make the switch

@mbaldessari aw.. ok. We must rework our presentations and related content - it's a bit short though :/. Lemme check with Pini.

Moving to draft to get some time to review our side - we already have some doc/contents showing the 2-ArgoCD env, that would need some update. We're using tags on the pattern itself, it's still "sandbox", so it shouldn't be THAT complicated. Just a timing issue
