- Update all GitHub Actions to latest version including pre-commit hadolint hook
- Add Flux Schema to debug-pod for validation of manifests
- Version bump all other packages
- Ubuntu 26.04 base; bump awscli, etcd, flux, kubectl, yq - release-please v5 via manifest config (extra-files README bump, no v-prefix tags) - publish: drop ventx description sync, gate Docker Hub login/sync off PRs, semver image tags - labeler config migrated to v5+ format; dependabot watches github-actions - workflow token permissions restricted; yq download hardened (curl -f + version check)
