Explain: pysad covers anomaly detection on data streams, where each estimator updates and scores one sample at a time rather than fitting on a batch. It provides xStream, LODA, RS-Hash, Half-Space Trees, RRCF, IForestASD, KitNet, and others, plus streaming evaluators and score calibrators. Adoption evidence:
PyPI downloads are modest (about 430/month), and I'd rather state that upfront. I placed it under General because there is no anomaly-detection use case. If you'd prefer not to list it until one exists, I understand.
