I just found out this patch was merged upstream, they just never got around to releasing a new version. Would a patch be accepted if it's sourced from an actual commit upstream? |

Done. Is this how we'd expect to pull the merged patch? I just used curl to grab the commit patch directly and left it unmodified for this PR. |

This is a weather app. The buttons in the app were not working to switch from weekly to hourly view. The current code works with flatpak, but does not work for most distros' packaged versions. OpenSUSE, for example, has this bug. The solution is found in this thread:
