Motivation
vtis commonly run from Codex CLI and Claude Code sandboxed shells. Add macOS e2e coverage that invokesvtdirectly inside@openai/codexand@anthropic-ai/sandbox-runtimeusing profiles that reflect the harness defaults.The snapshots intentionally preserve the current runner IPC failures; this PR only records the behavior and does not fix it.
