Missing query results now use the existing 2× ratio floor, so an imputed result cannot score faster than the observed best. Random-access summaries retain datasets with no complete format in coverage and scoring, independently for cached and reopen modes, while runtimes include only complete dataset totals. Validation: all 418 tests pass, including Postgres and production-server smoke tests, plus lint, formatting, and build.
