Keeps HTTP, network, timeout, and malformed bundle failures shared across the group, with one user-triggered retry request. Per-chart fallback remains available for an actual 404 or a successful bundle missing that chart, while close/reopen guards preserve cached data. Validation: all 420 tests, formatting, lint, and the production build pass.
