Depends on #37. Shares web checks before deploying the tested commit and serializes production promotion across push and manual runs. Bounded post-deploy probes verify the build SHA, read paths, and CDN HIT, while protected previews report verification as blocked. Validation: 414 web tests, seven probe tests, three migration tests, three trust-policy tests, format, lint, build, and workflow syntax checks pass.
