perf(kirari): stream JSX, TSX, and JSONC in checkpoint mode - #1
Conversation
A name's function check can read past a `/` on the last line, where it is division only until more input turns it into a regex literal. A streamed `a` before `</]/>(` stayed a variable once the line was checkpointed, while batch tokenization made it a generic call. The lookahead now reports a pending answer when it passes a slash after the source's last line break.
Generated sources and chunk sizes now shrink to a minimal counterexample with a replay seed. `bun test` runs 300 cases per language plus fixed regression examples; `bun run test:fuzz` runs 20,000 to search for rare mismatches while adding a language. Adds JSONC, JSX, and TSX properties.
JSONC joins the rule-based checkpoint path. JSX and TSX rescan from the last root-level newline outside elements, carrying the previous token and script scan context, instead of retokenizing all source on every write. Resume points after a rejected sibling element are dropped, since the sibling may close once more source arrives. Streaming 8 KB of TSX one character at a time drops from about 13 s to about 0.2 s.

across createFunctionLookup calls, rather than repeating the backward scan
through the final line for each JSX expression. Update the surrounding lookup

remove the unsupported fixed two-second wall-clock limit; use a threshold

What and why
createTokenStreamused full mode for JSX, TSX, and JSONC, so every write retokenized all accumulated source. That is the most common case for streamed LLM output: streaming 8 KB of TSX one character at a time took about 13 s. It now takes about 0.2 s, and streamed tokens still equal batch tokenization after every write.markupscan. Resume points are root-level newlines outside elements, and each one carries the previous token and the script scan context. A sibling element that is rejected may still close once more source arrives, so resume points after it are dropped. A long element is rescanned from its opening line until it closes.main): a name's function lookahead could pass a/on the last line that later input turns into a regex literal, for exampleabefore</]/>(. The streamed result stayed final and differed from batch tokenization. The lookahead now stays pending until that line ends.bun testruns 300 cases per language plus fixed regression examples.bun run test:fuzzruns 20,000 per language for adding new languages; it passes clean for all seven checkpoint languages.Copies or extensions of the built-in definitions still use full mode. No public API changes. The bundle grows by about 50 B gzip for core and about 330 B for all languages.
