docs(footer): breathing room above the footer; drop the seam hairline - #180

The pagination link sat ~85px above the docs-page footer; the footer container's top padding rises to 136px so the seam matches the design's section rhythm (~220px from pagination to the trademark row). The footer's border-top also needed !important to beat the theme's border-t utility — the hairline above the footer is gone.
