Related: #2698

Following block-support's README against a fresh WordPress, npm skipped the optional @wordpress/scripts without an error, so faust blockset ran a temporary copy through npm exec that couldn't resolve @wordpress/browserslist-config; as a dev dependency it installs, and blockset syncs and npm run dev renders the blocks.
