format_robust_table([], ['name']) raises ValueError while finding the longest line. This prevents rendering empty query results. Use zero as the width when no cell lines exist, producing an empty string. Empty iterators and rows with no columns are covered alongside the existing nonempty table tests.
The regression fails before the fix. On Windows/Python 3.12 the full suite reports 64 passed, 6 failed, compared with 63 passed, the same 6 failed on unmodified master. These existing failures concern CLI subprocesses, HOME/path handling, warning hooks and terminal mocks. Both the new and existing robust-table tests pass on Python 3.10 (2 passed). Configured Flake8 (including docstrings) and diff checks pass. Other supported runtimes were not run.
