Introduce a `data_directory` setting to control where per-worktree JDTLS workspace data is stored. The setting requires an absolute path, applies to both extension-managed and PATH/launcher-based JDTLS, and falls back to the OS cache location when unset. Rename the bundled task to "Clear default JDTLS cache" to clarify that it only removes caches from the default location.
