In each of 16 backward LOCAL calls, L230 becomes owned, one same-frame snapshot replaces a rank-eight center, and an identically zero row replaces a rank-one paid transition. Debit all 16 surrendered rank-nine productive outputs. The two forward calls retain their full 408-helper contract. Independent source-row/all-column physical checks establish the changed boundary and owned return; the independent rational engine reconstructs the complete 64,372-paid/10,912-target invoice and compiler/outer transfer.

The supporting sharp crossing (.00302238736347,.00302238736348) is a ceiling for this exact complete paid profile and moment model. It is neither a universal barrier nor an attained compiler endpoint. The conditional claim uses tested saving .00302236 and funded strict slack. Frozen constructive reports apply the existing precision/storage prescription with newly defined expanded W/P/O/R/G/N and distinct suspended owned banks; the old raw allowance is not an expanded precision or storage bound.

Task and overlap

Task independent-moment, priority revision 7, explicitly changed scope: the donor requests a complete conditional audit of the new owned-relation candidate, combining separately authored physical and applicability reports with independent numerical coverage. Ali Romman's PR5377 supplies the construction. PR5241 supplies selected PR4610's independent admission/foundation context; earlier ceiling PRs 5210/5223 concern their own frozen models. This packet contributes exact-head independent validation and source availability, rather than another construction or equivalent root-digit evaluation. The sole upstream monitor owns live PR delta checks; the canonical independent review is PR5377 comment 6374111393. Fresh Browser reads of Discussions5125/5355/4930 and all-author PR checks distinguish this fixed-head audit from Ali Romman’s active eight-centre and forward-transpose extensions. Those construction scopes remain with their author; this packet reserves no broader search.

All nine original author package files, all nine registered live input paths and all fourteen original source-manifest rows are preserved byte for byte. Sixty-three raw commit/tree Merkle guards bind source copies and engine aliases. The candidate side commit is retained as self-contained evidence and is not misrepresented as a canonical ancestor. Package publication head 411648821f0208d60099be8ca42957ca3a1c4316 contains 136 files. Registered metadata and fresh independent normal/optimized replays PASS in 21.862/22.624 seconds. Every stable mathematical result equals its full frozen receipt, with all original 12 and current 24 cost-source hashes checked. Actual source-byte rejection and unearned-helper-credit census controls pass; fresh engines also execute wrong relation/snapshot and four outer semantic controls. Both modes remain effective with assertions disabled.

Exact committed-byte/source-history preflight PASS 136 files, canonical base only. Committed export integrity PASS; final archive SHA256 d65f1157c8d75aabd1b4eb4b6571b41fada5595ecdf046e42295e112bcecfe27. Git-free normal/optimized independent replays PASS in 22.361/21.954 seconds on the scientific-identical pre-doc-correction export; final binding checks establish only the README count/author, TASK author and verifier module docstring changed; the executable AST is identical. The separately executed author registered normal/optimized cold receipt is preserved in full: 94.344 seconds, peak sampled descendant RSS 153572KiB, 24 controls, all 24 inventoried bytes unchanged. Package CI authenticates this frozen cold evidence and freshly reruns the independent engines; it does not rerun the author cold commands. No shared tooling changes, historical helper suite, Lean build or new phase-foundation replay.

Open next questions

A further numerical improvement must change the complete paid profile or model. Ali Romman already owns the eight-centre extension and forward transpose; any new assignment must respect those claims and refresh overlap. First specify a different independent helper contract and complete charged invoice, then prove its boundary/ownership and precision applicability before construction synthesis. Separately, a named retained foundation can receive its own pinned-source audit. Native all-column/phase/whole-job realization, owned erasure/allocation, compiler closure, fixed-tape precision/storage and analytic/recovery remain the five assumptions; the enormous uniform word is not materialized.
