Investigate TradeDesk DSP integration with Prebid Server #137

Description

Investigate whether The Trade Desk demand can be reached through a Trusted Server-configured Prebid Server provider. This is narrower than general DSP support in #92. The issue had no description, and bidder availability or partner approval should not be assumed.

Investigation

• Confirm the intended Prebid Server deployment and whether it supports the required bidder adapter, formats, credentials, and test endpoint.
• Trace how Trusted Server's current OpenRTB provider route supplies required fields and handles the returned bid and creative.
• Identify any gaps in privacy, identity, consent, timeout, or observability behavior.

Done when

• A short decision record states whether the Prebid Server route is feasible, its prerequisites, and the evidence used.
• A representative test bid/no-bid exchange is captured where access is available; otherwise the exact external blocker is recorded.
• Follow-up implementation tasks are filed for concrete gaps, and TradeDesk DSP support #92 reflects the chosen route.
