feat(lockfiles): parse npm, pnpm, yarn, bun, Go and Cargo lockfiles - #2041
Part 1 of 5 of Maple's own dependency vulnerability scanner for the Security Center (stack below).
@maple/lockfiles (lib/, no Maple knowledge) turns a lockfile into a flat list of locked packages (ecosystem, name, version, direct/dev/transitive) and orders versions per ecosystem:
npm package-lock.json v1/v2/v3, pnpm-lock.yaml v5/v6/v9, yarn.lock v1 and berry, bun.lock (bun.lockb fails with a typed error telling the user to commit a text bun.lock)
Go go.mod (requires, // indirect, replace with version-specific precedence) and go.sum as a fallback
Cargo.lock v1 to v4
version order: npm and Cargo semver with prereleases, Go pseudo-versions and +incompatible
Verification
scripts/generate-fixtures.sh runs the real npm, pnpm, yarn 1, yarn 4, bun, go and cargo on small projects; each parsed package set equals the tool's own list (npm ls, pnpm list, yarn info, bun pm ls, go mod edit -json, cargo metadata). 15 fixtures.
112 tests: relations, scoped names, peer suffixes, berry patch entries, npm: aliases, malformed input as typed errors, fast-check property test against semver (5000 runs), Go's own semver_test table.
Parse time: Maple's own bun.lock (1614 packages) parses in 4 ms median.
A Maple-agnostic package that turns a lockfile into a flat list of locked
packages (ecosystem, name, version, direct/dev/transitive) and orders
versions per ecosystem (npm and Cargo semver with prereleases, Go
pseudo-versions and +incompatible). It is the input side of the
dependency vulnerability scanner.
Fixtures are generated by the real package managers
(scripts/generate-fixtures.sh) and each parse is checked against the
tool's own package list.

Walkthrough
This pull request adds a lockfile parsing library for JavaScript package managers, Go, and Cargo. It exports parsing and version-comparison APIs, classifies package relations, and includes generated fixtures, tests, and package tooling.
Parses npm package-lock, pnpm, Yarn, and Bun lockfiles. The parsers classify package relations and handle aliases, workspaces, and skipped entries.
Go and Cargo lockfile parsers lib/lockfiles/src/parsers/go.ts, lib/lockfiles/src/parsers/cargo.ts, lib/lockfiles/src/parse.test.ts
Parses Go module and checksum files and Cargo lockfiles. The parsers handle Go replacements, classify dependencies, and report skipped or local packages.
Ecosystem version comparison lib/lockfiles/src/versions.ts, lib/lockfiles/src/versions.test.ts
Adds npm, Go, and Cargo version comparators, an ecosystem dispatcher, and tests for comparison behavior.
Fixture generation and parser coverage lib/lockfiles/scripts/generate-fixtures.sh, lib/lockfiles/src/__fixtures__/*, lib/lockfiles/src/fixtures.test.ts
Adds fixture-generation commands and expected package lists for supported formats. Fixture tests check parsed package IDs, relations, workspace handling, replacements, and warnings.
Package configuration and benchmark lib/lockfiles/package.json, lib/lockfiles/bunfig.toml, lib/lockfiles/tsconfig.json, lib/lockfiles/vitest.config.ts, lib/lockfiles/scripts/bench.ts
Adds package scripts and dependencies, Bun test preload configuration, TypeScript and Vitest configuration, and a command-line lockfile benchmark.
Some pnpm lockfiles cannot be scanned, and alternate-registry Cargo packages can be matched against the wrong advisories. Correct those parsing issues before merging.

…o sources
- A pnpm 11 lockfile with a pinned package manager starts with an env
document; every document is read and their packages joined.
- A Cargo alternate registry uses the same registry+/sparse+ prefixes; only
crates.io's two indexes count, so an internal crate is never looked up as
the crates.io one of that name.
- The bench prints an unknown direct count when relations are unknown.
🟢 Confidence 10/10 · safe to merge. Held at 8 because the earlier review found defects: the only code read here is the five files changed since, and both fixes hold with tests. no findings · tests covered · risk low
Adds @maple/lockfiles, a lib/ package that turns npm, pnpm, yarn, bun, Go and Cargo lockfiles into a flat locked-package list with relations, plus ecosystem-aware version ordering. It is a pure parser library with no caller yet; the delta since the 8a97f93 review (pnpm multi-document reads, crates.io-only Cargo sources) is correct and pinned by tests, so it is safe to merge.
parseYamlDocuments reads every document of a pnpm YAML stream, not only the first
parsePnpmLock joins importers and packages across all pnpm documents
parseCargoLock keeps only crates.io crates, from the git or sparse index
parsePnpmLock skips alternate-registry and non-registry packages with a warning count
