Add the Spanish translation of the API1:2023 GUID/authorization clarification in the 2023 edition. The note states that unpredictable identifiers (GUID/UUID) can reduce object enumeration, but a disclosed ID must be treated as public and authorization must still be checked on every request. Updates editions/2023/es/0xa1-broken-object-level-authorization.md. Fixes OWASP#156
