🎯 What: Extracted register_http_get, register_http_post, and register_http_listen helper functions from register_http in stdlib/src/http.rs.

💡 Why: register_http was excessively long (~120 lines). Breaking it into modular helper functions improves readability and maintainability.

✅ Verification: Verified through cargo test -p techscript_stdlib and workspace tests cargo test --workspace --all-targets.

✨ Result: Improved code health and maintainability of the HTTP stdlib module.
