🎯 What: The code health issue addressed
Refactored fmt::Display for LiteralKind, NumericLiteralKind, and TokenKind in compiler/syntax/src/token_kind.rs to rely on fmt::Debug::fmt instead of manual fallback match statements.

💡 Why: How this improves maintainability
The boilerplate for the large TokenKind formatting is removed and the risk of introducing typo-induced regressions on large enums string mapping is mitigated.

Verification: How you confirmed the change is safe
Ran cargo test -p techscript_syntax and workspace test suite to verify tests pass smoothly.

Result: The improvement achieved
Reduced duplication, smaller implementation of Display logic and easier maintainability.

…lKind to use `fmt::Debug::fmt`.

Replaces manual match statements for format display fallback implementations with delegation to `fmt::Debug::fmt`, saving boilerplate and removing typo-prone large enums mappings in `compiler/syntax/src/token_kind.rs`.
