Vehicle drones do not give XP to their parent

Bug Description

Combat drones, including Battle Drones and Hellfire Drones, cannot gain XP because they use IsTrainable = No.

They are spawned and controlled by a vehicle, so their kill XP should go to that vehicle instead. Currently, the XP is discarded.

I feel like kills by a Battle Drone or Hellfire Drone should grant XP to its parent vehicle.

This is really more of a design question than a bug. Utility drones are individual units with their own weapons, locomotors, and behaviours. It's reasonable to view them as entirely distinct entities, more equivalent to a dog on a leash than an extension of the host.
