Fixes the v1 build-cli failure after the Bun 1.4.4 bump (#58088).

building opencode-linux-arm64-musl
error: Could not resolve: "@ff-labs/fff-bin-linux-arm64-musl/libfff_c.so". Maybe you need to "bun install"?
  • Bun 1.4.4 now honors the libc field, so bun install on a glibc runner skips the musl variants of native packages, even with --os="*" --cpu="*".
  • The legacy and preview CLI builds both cross-compile musl targets, so their cross-platform installs now pass --libc="*" (Bun's documented way to install both builds, as before).
Bun 1.4.4 on glibc Linux, bun add --os=* --cpu=* @ff-labs/fff-bun musl binaries installed
without --libc none
with --libc=* fff-bin-linux-x64-musl, fff-bin-linux-arm64-musl
