feat(mosaic): export UserProfile and OrganizationProfile - #10514
Exports UserProfile and OrganizationProfile (with their props types, and UserProfileMode) from @clerk/mosaic.
Adds experimental={{ newProfiles: true }} to MosaicProvider. Without it, UserButton and OrganizationSwitcher open the clerk-js profile modals as before, and userProfileProps/organizationProfileProps keep accepting appearance and link entries in customPages.
With newProfiles, the switchers open Mosaic's profiles in dialogs mounted by MosaicProvider, into the app's portal root when one is provided:
UserButton (combined): Settings opens the combined profile directly (the account's pages, then the active organization's), with no Manage profile / Manage organization menu. If either profile routes to a URL, the menu stays. With mode='user' it opens the account's pages alone.
The user profile renders in modal mode, so a connected-account OAuth redirect carries the modal state back to it.
afterLeaveOrganizationUrl reaches whichever profile opens. The user profile closes on sign-out, the organization profile when no organization is active. appearance and link entries in customPages are skipped.
Turns on newProfiles in the Mosaic integration app and the Swingset live UserButton. Adds /user-profile and /organization-profile pages to the integration app with specs for each, and moves the UserButton and OrganizationSwitcher specs off the clerk-js profile roots.

Walkthrough
The change adds experimental Mosaic user and organization profile modals and routes switcher actions to them when enabled. Combined mode opens organization pages within UserProfile, while other organization actions can open OrganizationProfile. The package exports the profile APIs. New feature and integration tests cover profile rendering, tabs, custom pages, portal placement, and navigation. Integration examples enable the experimental option.
clerk/javascript#10508: Addresses profile page reset behavior during organization navigation, which intersects with the new combined-profile modal path.
clerk/javascript#10491: Adds combined UserProfile mode and modal options used by this switcher integration.
clerk/javascript#10467: Tests switcher handoff options that this change passes through the Mosaic modal controllers.

Explanation
The title "feat(mosaic): export UserProfile and OrganizationProfile" matches the main change. The PR adds these components, their props types, and UserProfileMode to the @clerk/mosaic exports, which the index.ts summary confirms. The PR also changes UserButton and OrganizationSwitcher to open the new profiles, but the title does not cover that behavior. That gap is acceptable because the title names the primary public API change and a reviewer scanning history can identify it.

UserProfileModalContent calls useUser outside a model or a shared Clerk-reading hook. Move this check into a *.model.ts(x) hook and pass the result to the modal content.

tsdown.css.config.mts builds CSS from src/styles/index.ts. That entry exports selected profile subviews, but not UserProfile. UserProfile renders profile and security panels with feature-specific StyleX styles. The generated styles.css can omit styles required by those panels.

feat(mosaic): export UserProfile and OrganizationProfile and open them from the switchers

FYI I stacked this PR on top (but not as a gh stack thing, just manually): #10523
That found that this PR Is not using the 'modal' mode, instead using the 'mounted' mode, which doesn't let us detect the mode correctly inside the profile components. Just a headsup. :)
