fix(clerk-js): stop email link polling after the flow is cancelled - #10535
Cancelling an email link or enterprise SSO link flow could leave its poller running:
Poller.stop() skipped clearing timer ID 0 (the first worker timer), and the next tick restarted polling.
A cancel while the link was still being sent was lost once prepare finished. A cancelled-then-restarted flow ran two pollers.
This caused the flaky Mosaic test "continues to the emailed link after confirming the session": pollers leaked from earlier tests sent requests the target test caught.
Checklist
pnpm test runs as expected. (targeted: shared poller, clerk-js resources, Mosaic user-profile-email-section)
pnpm build runs as expected. (pnpm turbo build --filter=@clerk/mosaic...)
(If applicable) JSDoc comments have been added or updated for any package exports
The Poller now preserves its stopped state between polling callbacks and resets its timer after stopping. Email-link and enterprise SSO flows track start attempts, so cancelled or superseded starts do not begin polling. New tests cover Poller stop and restart behavior, flow cancellation and restart timing, and dismissal of the email verification dialog.
The change stops email link polling after cancellation in the common paths. Two edge cases remain: a cancelled flow can leave a background Worker running, and a cancel-then-restart during a pending check can occasionally stop the new attempt. Both are narrow and worth fixing, but neither should block merge.

Explanation
The title names the main change: stopping email link polling after a flow is cancelled. The raw summary shows the PR adds attempt tracking to createEmailLinkFlow and createEnterpriseSSOLinkFlow, and fixes Poller.stop() for timer ID 0, which supports the title. The title uses the conventional fix(clerk-js) prefix and is 66 characters, within a typical limit.

Explanation
The description states the bug: cancelling an email link or enterprise SSO link flow left its poller running. It names the two causes, Poller.stop() skipping timer ID 0 and a cancel during prepare being lost. It also lists the tests run and the checklist. This directly describes the changeset.

Guard stale reload() completions before stopping or settling the flow.
If cancellation occurs while an attempt’s reload() is pending, a restarted attempt can reuse the same Poller. The earlier completion can call stop() and stop the restarted poller, while the restarted promise remains pending. Check current !== attempt inside each reload() completion and error handler before stopping or settling the flow. Apply the same change to the Enterprise SSO, SignIn, and SignUp flows.
This race also existed before this PR, so it is not newly introduced. The current attempt guard does not prevent it.

Synchronize the first poll before testing cancellation.
The fixed 100 ms wait does not prove that the released GET has completed. On a slow run, dismissal can stop the Poller before it schedules its next timer; the final assertion can then pass without testing timer cancellation. Wait for the first reload to complete, then use a controlled clock to check whether another poll starts. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
As per coding guidelines, Mosaic feature tests must “Control time instead of waiting it out.”

Poller() creates its Worker during construction, and each email link flow constructs a Poller when it is created. timerId is set only after the first poll callback completes. If stop() runs before that point, the timerId check skips cleanup(), so the Worker keeps running. Call cleanup() on every stop(), so the Worker terminates in every case.
