Workflow 2.11.3 could emit lossy numeric metadata in CLI JSON exports. All eight testing guides now name 2.11.4 as the installed artisan writer minimum for whole/nested floats and signed zero, retain old-bundle refusal and require authoritative re-export instead of checksum/value coercion. The existing candidate replay and promotion gate stays intact. Server images, their bundled CLI and HTTP producers remain a separately qualified consumer. Refs #391, workflow#912 and server#692; this does not close either product issue.
The required release gates are complete: normal installed compact/pretty waiting/completed CLI qualification passes four cases/56 assertions with untouched checksum and no source overlay, and published profile39952791550 passes all 17 jobs. The profile head and normal Packagist source/dist independently match

Only three prose paragraphs per locale change; no new runtime/compiler dependencies or duplicate installed qualification. General reviewed the English diff and confirmed producer-lock, writer/integrity, unchanged candidate replay and separate Server consumer boundaries. Exact-head all-locale CI39955592057, all checks and Sonar zero new issues pass. Merged normally as

All eight live testing guides passed producer/replay tokens, both section navigation targets, evidence links, canonical URLs and all nine alternate-language targets. English, Japanese and Chinese 390px light/dark views were inspected with no document overflow. No broader documentation batch, tuple promotion, HTTP image fix, native or Cloud adoption is claimed.
