A git+https dependency (codeberg's translate-c, under dvui on Zig 0.17) failed with `NameServerFailure` twice on a Linux runner. The retry script matched only `TemporaryNameServerFailure`, so it gave up on the first attempt. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

An SDL fetch on #549 failed with `bad HTTP response code: '500 Internal Server Error'`, which the script did not count as a fetch failure. A 4xx still fails at once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Codeberg resolved fine from a laptop at the same time, and other runs with a warm cache never fetched it. The pattern is nowNameServerFailure, which covers both, plus the git fetch's own wording,unable to discover remote git server capabilities. It also retries a server error (bad HTTP response code: '5xx): an SDL fetch on #549 failed with'500 Internal Server Error'and was not retried.
