Pre-Universe (October 13): only #10 (which absorbed #15 acceptance) and the hosted gates in #13 are in scope for #218. Everything else here waits until after Universe. #15 is closed.
Track distributed and device workflows beyond the baseline dogfooding scope in #5. Items are ordered by importance.
- Move a channel to another host so work can continue on that machine #49 — Move active work between hosts. A handoff needs single execution ownership of a channel; see Make stale worker.pid reclaim atomic so two workers cannot own a channel #166.
- Reach teammates' terminals through the gateway #11 — Reach teammates' terminals.
- Verify repository-based project identity in the native app and across two hosts #15 — Identify projects across hosts by repository. Implementation merged in feat(app): group projects by repository with teammate channel sections #157; native and two-host acceptance pending.
- Let agents discover and message channels on peer hosts #57 — Discover and message peer-host channels from agents. Draft feat(host): let agents discover and message channels on peer hosts #160.
- [Meta] Run hosted channels in the cloud with local workspaces #13 — Run hosted channels in the cloud with local workspaces. Deployed pilot Verify a deployed hosted channel with a local workspace #176 and the app setup/status Create hosted channels and show workspace status in the app #177, recovery Back up and restore hosted channels #178, lifecycle/discovery Keep hosted channels available when their workspace is offline #179 and hosted messaging Let hosted agents discover and message team channels #180 roadmap remain tracked there. Current focused implementation: idle local ↔ hosted CLI movement Move channels between local and hosted with the same workspace #181 with the same workspace and no automatic backups; broader movement followups remain in Move channels between local and hosted with the same workspace #181. Browser access without a gateway Reach hosted channels from a browser without a host gateway #182 is later scope.
- Make directory changes appear promptly #14 — Push directory changes promptly.
- Verify real-phone use and address mobile gaps #18 — Verify real-phone use.
Related: #10 (baseline two-host collaboration check, whose real hosts also serve #15 and #57 acceptance) and #158 (collaborator agent invocation controls in the app).
Hosted-channel milestones in #13 have their own priority order. Host handoff #49, cross-gateway terminals #11 and directory push #14 are related work, not prerequisites for deployed pilot #176.
