Description
Provision the Azure resources for the API and the PostgreSQL database, and do a first manual deployment to confirm everything works before automating it.

Scope

• Resource group and App Service for the API
• Azure Database for PostgreSQL
• Application settings and secrets
• First manual deployment

Acceptance Criteria

• The API is reachable on Azure
• The deployed API connects to the Azure database
• Secrets are stored in Azure, not in the repository
