Scope

• Build and test workflow on pull requests
• Deployment workflow on merge to main
• Azure credentials stored as GitHub secrets
• Status badge in the README

Acceptance Criteria

• Pull requests run the build and tests automatically
• A push to main deploys to Azure automatically
• A failing build blocks the deployment
• The status badge appears in the README
