Add Partnering with KERNEL: pricing, billing, security and trust, enterprise

Summary

Third layer of the guides IA restructure (stack: #671 → #672 → #673 → #674). Adds the Partnering with KERNEL section.

• Plans and Pricing: limits move to Concurrency and Limits (Restructure How it works: Configure, Control, Scale, Observe, Manage #671) and are linked from here. The pricing calculator gains an Enterprise option that points to the KERNEL team, and plan names match the plan table. The FAQ leads with the most asked questions. A new "other ways to pay" section covers MPP.
• Billing: Spending Caps and Buy a Browser with MPP.
• Security and Trust: Security Practices, Shared Responsibility Model, Trust Center (new), Vulnerability Reporting, Bots and Agents.
• Enterprise: Overview (new), HIPAA (new), Zero Data Retention, Contact Sales (new). The overview lists every Enterprise-only feature and links to where it's documented.

Testing

• mint validate and mint broken-links pass on this branch.
• Pricing calculator checked in a browser: Enterprise shows the contact message, and GPU stays selectable on Enterprise.

Overview
Adds the Partnering with KERNEL guides section in docs.json, grouping Plans and Pricing, Billing (spending caps, MPP), Security and Trust (security, shared responsibility, new trust center, vulnerability reporting, bots), Enterprise (new overview, HIPAA, zero data retention, contact sales), support, and community. Several pages move out of the old Info / Working with your browser nav.

Pricing is narrowed to plans, usage, and FAQ: concurrency and rate limits are removed from info/pricing.mdx and pointed at /browsers/concurrency-and-limits, with a new Other ways to pay section for MPP and refreshed FAQ ordering. Spending caps now links to the same limits page.

New docs cover enterprise positioning (Enterprise Overview, HIPAA, Contact Sales, Trust Center). Minor title/sidebar tweaks on Bots and Agents and vulnerability reporting.

The pricing calculator adds Enterprise (custom quote + contact sales), aligns plan labels with the table (Developer, Start-Up), and treats GPU as available on Start-Up or Enterprise.

Unescaped dollar amount in pricing

Medium Severity

The new MPP sentence uses an unescaped $0.50. Mintlify treats paired $ as KaTeX delimiters, so this amount can render as broken math and also re-pair with later dollar amounts on the same page.
