Update Kanvas whiteboarding docs to reflect default availability

The whiteboarding page in Kanvas documentation still described Whiteboarding as a beta feature requiring manual enablement. This PR updates the page to match current behavior: Whiteboarding is enabled by default for all users.

• Content correction: default-on behavior

  • Reworded the intro paragraph to remove “enable the feature” guidance and state that Whiteboarding is available by default.

• Removed outdated beta workflow

  • Replaced the entire “Enable the Whiteboarding Beta Feature” section (preferences toggle flow) with a short “Access Whiteboarding” section focused on where users find and use the tools.

• Scope

  • Kept the rest of the page (feature highlights, customization, benefits, use cases) unchanged to preserve existing documentation structure and intent.

## Access Whiteboarding

Whiteboarding is available by default in Kanvas. No feature toggle is required.

1. Open the Kanvas design canvas.
2. Locate the bottom dock, which contains shapes, annotations, and other whiteboarding tools.
3. Use the whiteboarding toolbar to draw, annotate, and collaborate in real time.
