Overview
Adds Spanish, French, and Chinese versions of the Savings analytics docs that mirror the English page from #7523.
For each locale (
es,fr,zh), the PR introducesanalytics/savings.mdx(Enterprise gating, time-saved PR categories and line-count table, money-saved / assistant metrics), registers the page under the Analytics nav group ines.json/fr.json/zh.json, and adds a Savings card on the localizedanalytics/index.mdxhub.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 25223a6.
