Superseded by a dependency-layered series
This monolithic draft is superseded by #350 (part 1/4). The original branch and validation evidence are retained.
The complete four-layer series has exactly the same Git tree as this draft: aefd648fe4a2009488431c1ac5a2ceda6a593ef2. Integrated commit 0466bd2 passed 40 native tests on a single Ascend NPU. All cumulative layers also passed isolated CPU checks; intermediate layers have not independently been rerun on NPU.
Prepared fork branches: cookbook/qwen3-tts-01-contracts, cookbook/qwen3-tts-02-lora, cookbook/qwen3-tts-03-resume, cookbook/qwen3-tts-04-cli. Later layers will be proposed incrementally to avoid overlapping upstream diffs. No functionality or tests are dropped from the completed series.
